Michael W. Nelson cut his teeth as a staff recording engineer at both Creation Audio and Sound 80 recording studios in Minneapolis during the 1990’s.  He also worked as an Engineer, Producer, and Director of A&R at Compass Productions from 1998 through 2006.

From 2006 to the present Michael has been working as an independent producer/composer with production credits on over 50 albums including a #25 spot on the Billboard charts.
