Guitarist Will Schmid returns to the 318 Cafe with a special show featuring two duos. At 8pm, fellow improvising guitarist Adam Astrup (The Dakota Combo, Jordan Anderson Quartet, The Graduates) joins Schmid for an hour of standards and originals, followed by a set of acoustic pop and rock with singer Kalli Anderson at 9pm. An eclectic night of music from three outstanding young talents.

Jazz guitarist Will Schmid, a senior at Minnetonka High School, leads the Will Schmid Trio and Will Schmid New Quintet, and is a frequent performer at popular Twin Cities venues The Black Dog Coffee and Wine Bar, The Nicollet, and 318 Cafe. He was a member of the 2014-2015 MMEA All-State Jazz Ensemble.
